Introduction
Morimatsu mobile magnetic hybrid drive is a strong and stable single-use hybrid drive, with stainless steel liquid conditioning holder and disposable liquid conditioning bag which includes magnetic impeller, can meet the various efficient mixing requirements for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid and others.
Utilizing online CGMP-compliant sensors to control/monitor pH, conductivity and temperature can eliminate contamination risks associated with reusable probes, and the system has demonstrated superior performance in buffer and medium preparation operations in CGMP-certified clean rooms.
The universal mobile magnetic drive unit can easily realize the one-to-many working conditions. At the same time, the convenient and quick installation between the mobile magnetic drive unit and the single-use liquid conditioning holder greatly saves the manual operation time.
The disposable mixing bag is mainly made of Renolit 9101 bio-process membrane (other domestic membrane materials can be supplied according as per customer’s request). The contact layer of the bag is ultra-low density polyethylene (ULDPE) resin. The product has high cleanliness, great strength, moderate transparency, and does not contain animal source components (ADCF), which fully meets the relevant international and domestic regulations. The volume specification covers 1L-3000L, can be compatible with the mixing equipment system of different manufacturers in the market; can be flexibly used in the research and development, pilot commercial production stage, to provide customers with safe, stable and efficient single-use mixing system.
